Minutes of Meeting

December 7, 2005

1.  ROLL CALL

Present:  William Doolittle, John Stetson, Charles LaMendola, Anna Giacobbe, Jeff Dittl

2.  PURPOSE:

This was a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals

3.  PROCEEDINGS:

            a.  The regular meeting of the Zoning Board was called to order at 7:30pm to review the following:        

Doolittle stated that the first item for review is the 11/28/05 minutes.  After discussion and noted changes on a motion by LaMendola, seconded by Stetson the minutes of the November 28, 2005 meeting were approved with all members present voting “aye”.

Doolittle stated that the next item for review is the draft decision on the Bolton appeal.  After discussion and noted changes on a motion by Giacobbe, seconded by Stetson and all members present voting “aye” the decision was approved.

Doolittle stated that Steve Hunter has notified Libertore a 2^nd time regarding the violation and that he needs to fill out an application and come before the ZBA.

Additional items reviewed by the ZBA were the Monthly Zoning List, Letter from Supervisor regarding the web site.

Doolittle stated that there is no additional new business for discussion and that the next ZBA meeting will be on January 23, 2006 @ 7:30pm.  The meeting adjourned at 8:00pm.
